How we Serve....
As Catholic celibate women, our Vocation calls us to a variety of apostolates.
You may find us serving as teachers…
… in Community Outreach
… as Health Care Administrators
… as Music Teachers
... in Missionary work
… as Spiritual Directors
… as Hospital Chaplain
… as Directors of Religious Education
... as Youth Directors
… in community ministry
And always, as students yearning to grow in community life
Each member chooses her apostolate according to her preparation, talents, and
her call to service in the Church.

Sister Janice Jones, MCHS Secretary is currently in full-time ministry as a certified Chaplain at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, California and member of the MCHS since 2003.
For the past 35 years, she has enjoyed ministering to patients with Chaplain Brother Richard Hirbe, fsp, and Chaplain Sister Paz Sanchez, ssp. Both have been available and have contributed to fostering our community mission and goals. Also Noteworthy is the collaboration of Jesuit Seminarians who minister to patients as part of their formation program. The Chaplains mentor the seminarians during their assignment at St.Francis. |
